Warranty Information:

Ensure not to connect pool lights to a 220V source. If in doubt, please consult or hire an electrician. Your pool’s DB Board and electrical circuit should have a 12V transformer as a power source for the underwater pool light(s).

The POOL LIGHT LED RETROFIT in Hawaiian Blue from Pool Tech comes with a 2-year ex-factory warranty from the date of purchase, subject to normal operating conditions. Please note that warranty claims will only be considered if a factory fault is detected. To process a warranty claim, an installation invoice with the electrician’s details is required.

Testing and Factory Malfunction Warranty: All pool lights are thoroughly tested before leaving the warehouse. A WhatsApp video with a time stamp is included with your purchase as proof of testing. Please be aware that pool lights carry only a factory malfunction warranty due to the installation process. The lights will undergo further testing upon return to the factory for a warranty claim.

Installation Invoice Requirement for Warranty Claim Processing: To initiate a warranty claim for the POOL LIGHT LED RETROFIT in Hawaiian Blue, it is essential to provide an installation invoice that includes the electrician’s details. The invoice should contain the following information:

  • Electrician’s name
  • Contact information (phone number, email address)
  • Date of installation
  • Description of the installation work performed
