1. Warranty Coverage: This product comes with a limited warranty valid for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.
2. Warranty Void: Opening or servicing the product by anyone other than the manufacturer or its authorized service agents will result in the warranty being voided.
3. Usage and Power Supply: This product is designed for use only when immersed in water. It must be powered by a safety isolating transformer.
4. Maximum Immersion Depth: The product is rated with an IPX8 certification, allowing it to be submerged up to a maximum depth of 1 meter.
5. Non-Replicable Components: This product contains components that are not replicable. Therefore, it must not be opened or tampered with.
6. Pre-shipment Testing: All pool lights are tested for functionality before leaving the warehouse. A WhatsApp video with a time stamp is included with your purchase as proof of the test.
7. Factory Malfunction Warranty: Due to the nature of the installation process, the warranty for pool lights only covers factory malfunctions. Testing will be conducted upon the return of the product for a warranty claim by the factory.
8. Warranty Claim Conditions: A warranty claim will only be entertained if a factory fault is detected during the testing process.
