Warranty Information:

The AIMFLO Badu® Specktralight LED Blue comes with a 6-month ex-factory warranty from the date of purchase under normal operating conditions. Please note that warranty claims will only be entertained if a factory fault is detected. An installation invoice with the electrician’s details is required for processing a warranty claim.

Testing and Factory Malfunction Warranty: All pool lights are tested prior to leaving the warehouse, and a WhatsApp video with a time stamp is included with your purchase as proof of the test. Due to the nature of the installation process, pool lights carry only a factory malfunction warranty. The lights will be tested again after being returned to the factory for a warranty claim.

To process a warranty claim for the AIMFLO Badu® Specktralight LED Blue Pool or Spa Light, an installation invoice with the electrician’s details is required. This invoice should include the following information:

• Electrician’s name
• Contact information (phone number, email address)
• Date of installation
• Description of the installation work performed.

Please ensure that you retain a copy of the installation invoice as it will be necessary for any warranty claims. The warranty claim will be processed once the installation invoice is provided along with other required documents, in case a factory fault is detected during testing.
